Evidence (Amendment) Act, 2022 Act No. I of 1872 এ নূতন section 22A এর সন্নিবেশ ৪। উক্ত Act এর section 22 এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 22A সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা :- “22A. When oral admissions as to contents of digital records are relevant.-Oral admissions as to the contents of digital records are not relevant, unless the genuineness of the digital record produced is in question.’’।
