কোন আদালত একই কারণ বা ব্যপারে যদি কোন পুলিশ অফিসারকে কর্মচ্যুতি অথবা বেকসুর খালাসের নির্দেশ দেন,তাহা হইলে আদালতের আদেশ বিভাগীয় দেওয়া শাস্তির জন্য প্রতিবন্ধকতা বলে বিবেচিত হইবে না। 863.
