কোন কর্মকর্তা যে ছুটি পাইয়াছেন তাহা উত্তীর্ণ হইবার পর আর ছুটিতে থাকিবেন না।যদি কোন কর্মকর্তা ছুটি বৃদ্ধির জন্য আবেদন করেন অথচ তাহার বর্ধিত ছুটি মঞ্জুর হইল কিনা তাহা জানিতে না পারেন,তাহা হইলে তিনি অবিলম্বে তাহার চাকুরিতে যোগদান করিবেন। 830. No officer shall overstay the leave he has obtained. If an officer has applied for an extension of his leave, but has received no information that an extension has been granted, he shall rejoin his appointment on the expiry of his leave.
