It shall be brought to the notice of all applicants for service under the Crown that the declaration of age, made at the time of, or for the purpose of. entry into the service of the Crown shall be deemed absolutely conclusive and no revision of such a declaration shall be allowed to be made at a later period for any purpose whatsoever.
