সংশ্লিষ্ট রেলওয়ে পুলিশ সুপারের অনুমোদন ব্যতিরেকে ১৮৯০ সালের রেলওয়ে আইনের ১০১ ধারা অনুসারে একজন পুলিশ অফিসার কর্তৃক গঠিত কোন মামলা হইবে না,এই বিষয়ে তৎক্ষণাৎ যোগাযোগ করিতে হইবে এবং তাহা রেলওয়ের এজেন্ট বা ম্যানেজারের জন্য সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ। 590. No prosecution for an offence under section 101 of the Indian Railways Act, 1890, shall be instituted by a police officer without the sanction of the Superintendent of the Railway Police concerned, which shall be communicated immediately it is accorded to the Agent or the Manager of the Railway.
