যেইক্ষেত্রে কোন মামলার অভিযোগকারী বা সাক্ষী একজন সহকারী কর্মকর্তা এবং আদালত হইতে তাহাদিগকে কোন খরচ দেওয়া হয় নাই সেই ক্ষেত্রে কোর্ট অফিসারের দেখা উচিত যেভ্রমণ খরচ তুলিয়া লওয়ার জন্য তাহাদিগকে আদালত হইতে তাহাদের উপস্থিতির সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হইয়াছে।[ প্রবিধান ১২২৮ দেখুন] 464. When the complainant or a witness in a case is a servant of the Crown and no expenses are paid to him by the court, the Court officer shall see that a certificate of attendance is given him by the court to enable him to draw his travelling expenses (see regulation 1228).
