৩০ প্রবিধানে উল্লিখিত দরখাস্ত বা রিপোর্ট কিংবা নোটপ্রাপ্ত হইলে জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের তাহা বিবেচনা করা উচিত এবং তিনি যাহা ভাল মনে করিবেন সেই রকম ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করিবেন।কিন্তু সংশ্লিষ্ট ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের নিকট তিনি এই বিষয়ে কোন বেসরকারী নোট বা রিপোর্ট পাঠাইবেন না। 30A. The District Magistrate should consider such application referred to. in regulation 30, note or report and take such action as he thinks fit but he should not transmit to the Magistrate concerned any unofficial notes or reports on the subject.
