On the East Indian, Bengal-Nagpur and Bengal and Assam Railway accommodation for the carriage of dead bodies to post centres is provided, without prepayment of fees, on requisition to the station-master of the nearest railway station by an officer not below the rank of an officer in charge of a police-station or, in his absence, by the senior police officer present at the police-station.
