লাইসেন্সগ্রহীতাকে অথবা যে ব্যক্তিকে নির্দেশ প্রদান করা হইতেছে তাহাকে এক কপি দিতে হইবে, এক কপি সুপারিন্টেন্ডেন্টের অফিসে রাখিতে হবে এবং অপর এক কপি স্থানীয় একটি স্পেশাল ফাইলে ৩ বৎসরের জন্য সংরক্ষণ করিতে হইবে। 139. Licenses and any directions issued in B.P. Form No. 9 shall be in triplicate: one copy shall be given to the licensee or the person to whom the directions are addressed, one retained in the Superintendent’s ¬Office, and one sent to the police-station concerned, where it shall be retained in a special file for 3 years.
