(ক)যেই সকল মামলায় লিগ্যাল রিমেমব্রান্সার অথবা এডভোকেট জেনারেলের মত প্রয়োজন তাহা ইন্সপেক্টর জেনারেলের মাধ্যমে দাখিল করিতে হইবে। (খ)ইন্সপেক্টর জেনারেলের সরাসরি মামলা লিগ্যাল রিমেমব্রান্সারের নিকট পেশ করিবে কিন্তু যেইগুলি এডভোকেট জেনারেলের নিকট দাখিল করিবার প্রয়োজন তাহা সরকারের মাধ্যমে হইতে হইবে। 1092. (a) Cases for the opinion of the Legal Remembrancer or the Advocate-General shall be submitted through the Inspector General. (b) The Inspector-General shall submit cases direct to the Legal Remembrancer, but those to the Advocate-General shall be sent by him through the Provincial Government.
