ফৌজদারি কার্যবিধি (২য় সংশোধন) অধ্যাদেশ, ২০২৫ Act No. V of 1898 এ নূতন section 67A এর সন্নিবেশ ৭। উক্ত Code এর section 67 এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 67A সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “67A.
