৬। উক্ত Act এর section 197D এর sub-section (1) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ sub-section (1) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- “(1) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, establish Bangladesh Single Window (BSW)which shall serve as the single electronic entry point for documents including certificate, licence and permit except documents mentioned in section 43, 44, 50 and 79A, and a platform for persons involved in import, export, warehousing, transit or transhipment of goods.”।
