অর্থ আইন, ২০২১ — ধারা ১৩: Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 52 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০২১ — ধারা ১৩। Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 52 এর সংশোধন ১৩। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 52 এর- (ক) sub-section (1) এর proviso এর বিলুপ্ত paragraph (b) এর পর নিম্নরূপ paragraph (bb) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(bb) the rate of tax shall be 50% (fifty percent) higher if the payee does not receive payment by bank transfer or by mobile financial services or any other digital means approved by the Bangladesh Bank;”; এবং (খ) sub-section (2) এর clause(a) এর item (xiv) এর প্রান্তঃস্থিত ‘and’ শব্দটি বিলুপ্ত হইবে এবং item (xv) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ items(xv) এবং (xvi) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- “(xv) any e-commerce platform, not being any other specified persons, called by whatever name having annual turnover exceeding Taka one crore; and (xvi) any artificial juridical person not mentioned above;”।
