অর্থ আইন, ২০২০ — ধারা ৩৯: Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 56 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০২০ — ধারা ৩৯। Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 56 এর সংশোধন ধারাঃ ৩৯। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 56 এর— (ক) sub-section (1) এর টেবিলের SL.No.20 এর বিপরীতে দ্বিতীয় কলামে উল্লিখিত এন্ট্রিগুলির পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ এন্ট্রিগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:— “Dividend— (a) company, fund andtrust (b) any other person not being a company, fund and trust”; এবং (খ) sub-section (2A) এর পর sub-section (3) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section (3) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:— (3) For the purpose of this section— (i) “specified person” shall have the same meaning as in clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 52 of this Ordinance; and (ii) “payment” includes a transfer, a credit, an adjustment of payment or an order or instruction of making payment.”।
