৩৬। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 163 এর sub-section () এর-(ক) clause (q) এর প্রান্তস্থিত “or” শব্দটি বিলুপ্ত হইবে;(খ) clause (r) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (r) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-“(r) a list of highest taxpayers or distinguished taxpayers in accordance with rules made or guidelines issued by the board on this behalf;”;(গ) clause (s) এর প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলস্টপ এর পরিবর্তে “; or” সেমিকোলন ও শব্দ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নূতন clause (t) সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-“(t) any information required to furnish under section 108A.”।
