অর্থ আইন, ২০১৭ — ধারা ৪: Act No. IV of 1969 এর section 196 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০১৭ — ধারা ৪। Act No. IV of 1969 এর section 196 এর সংশোধন ৪। উক্ত Act এর section 196 এর sub-section () এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section () প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথাঃ- “() A judicial member shall be a person who is holding a judicial office in the capacity of a District and Sessions Judge or an Additional District and Sessions Judge who has held atleast two years in the said post in the territory of Bangladesh.”|
