৩৯। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 152Q এর sub-section () এর পর নিম্নরূপ Explanationসন্নিবোশত হইবে, যথা:- “Explanation.- For the purpose of this section, “prefer an appeal” means the revival of the appeal with an intimation in writing to the respective appellate authority.”।
