অর্থ আইন, ২০১৭ — ধারা ৩৪: Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 102 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০১৭ — ধারা ৩৪। Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 102 এর সংশোধন ৩৪। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 102 এর- (ক) sub-section () এর প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলস্টপ এর পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:- “Provided that where any charge mentioned in sub-section () is accrued after the expiry of said thirty days, the other person mentioned in this sub-section shall file a supplementary return in respect of such charge and pay tax thereon within next thirty days from the end of the month in which the charge has accrued.”; (খ) sub-section () এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section () সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:- “() For the purpose of this section, the amount referred to in sub-section () shall include the amount paid or payable by way of demurrage charge or handling charge or any other amount of similar nature.”।
