২৩। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 73A এর sub-section () এর Explanation এর- (ক ) “clause (a) of” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যা ও বন্ধনীগুলি বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (খ) clause (i) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (i) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- “(i) where the return is subject to assessment under section 82BB, if tax under any other sub-section of section 82BB is higher than the tax under sub-section () of that section, the higher tax;” ।
