অর্থ আইন, ২০১৭ — ধারা ১৭: Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 52R এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০১৭ — ধারা ১৭। Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 52R এর সংশোধন ১৭। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 52R এর- (ক) sub-section () এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section (A) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(A) Where any amount is paid or credited in respect of outgoing international calls, the provider of Interconnection Exchange (ICX) services or Access Network Services (ANS) shall deduct tax at the rate of seven point five percent (.5%) on the whole amount so paid or credited at the time of such payment or credit”; (খ) sub-section () এর “sub-section () or ()” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যাগুলি ও বন্ধনীগুলির পরিবর্তে “sub-sections (), () or (A)” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যাগুলি ও বন্ধনীগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে।
