অর্থ আইন, ২০১৬ — ধারা ৯: Act No. IV of 1969 এর section 129A এর সন্নিবেশ — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০১৬ — ধারা ৯। Act No. IV of 1969 এর section 129A এর সন্নিবেশ ৯। উক্ত Act এর section 129 এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 129A সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:-“129A. Cost of Transit.-Fees as cost of services for goods and vehicles in transit across Bangladesh to a foreign territory may be levied at such rates as the Board may, by notification in the official Gazette, prescribe.”।
