অর্থ আইন, ২০১৬ — ধারা ৩৭: Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 53F এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০১৬ — ধারা ৩৭। Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 53F এর সংশোধন ৩৭। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 53F এর sub-section () এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ sub-sections () এবং () প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- “() Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance or any other law for the time being in force in respect of exemption of tax from any fund, any person responsible for paying any sum by way of interest or share of porfit on any saving deposits or fixed deposits or any term deposit maintained with any Scheduled bank including a co-operative bank or any bank run on Islamic principles or non-banking financial institution or any leasing company or housing finance company, as the case may be, by or in the name of a fund shall deduct, at the time of credit of such interest or share of profit to the account of the fund or at the time of payment thereof, whichever occurs earlier, income tax…
