অর্থ আইন, ২০১৬ — ধারা ১০: Act No. IV of 1969 এর section 156 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০১৬ — ধারা ১০। Act No. IV of 1969 এর section 156 এর সংশোধন ১০। উক্ত Act এর section 156 এর- (ক) sub-section () এর TABLE এর item 59 এর বিপরীতে কলাম () এ উল্লিখিত “or remove from the warehouse,” শব্দগুলি ও কমা বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (খ) sub-section () এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section () সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-“() An appropriate officer of customs may inquire into or investigate any offence under this Act, and such officer, while conducting inquiry or investigation, may exercise any of the powers of a Sub-Inspector of Police and follow the procedures as laid down in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.”।
