১৬। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 29 এর sub-section () এর clause (xi) এর ’’or plant’’ শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে ’’, plant or any other fixed asset not being imported software” কমা ও শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে।
