১১। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 16CCC এর প্রান্ত:স্থিত ফুলস্টপ (.) এর পরিবর্তে কোলন (:) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অত:পর নিম্নরূপ proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-’’Provided that such rate of tax shall be zero point one zero per cent (.10%) of such receipts for an industrial undertaking engaged in manufacturing of goods for the first three income years since commencement of its commercial production.’’।
