২০। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 52D এর proviso এর প্রান্ত:স্থিত ফুলস্টপ এর পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অত:পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-"Provided further that no tax shall be deducted under this section where the cumulative investment at the end of the income year in the pensioners’ savings certificate or wage earners development bond does not exceed five lakh taka."।
