২৩। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 50A এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 50B সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ-’’50B. Deduction of tax from payment of remuneration to Members of Parliament.-Any person responsible for making any payment as remuneration to a Member of Parliament shall, at the time of making such payment, deduct tax on the amount so payable at a rate representing the average of the rates applicable to the estimated total remuneration of the payee for that income year.” ।
