২২। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 49 এর-(ক) sub-section () এর clause (zv) এর প্রান্তঃস্থিত ফুলস্টপ এর পরিবর্তে সেমিকোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নূতন দুইটি clauses যথাক্রমে (zw) এবং (zx) সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ-’’( zw) deduction of tax for services from convention hall, conference centre, room or, as the case may be, hall etc.; (zx) deduction of tax from residents for any income in connection with any service provided to any foreign person.”; (খ) sub-section () এর clause (a) এর ’’not being payments made by the government,” শব্দগুলি ও কমা বিলুপ্ত হইবে।’’
