১৯। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 44 এর sub-section () এর clause (a) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (a) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:-’’(a) ten million taka:Provided that the amount admissible under clause(a) shall not, under any circumstances, exceed twenty per cent of the total income of the assessee.’’ ।
