অর্থ আইন, ২০১১ — ধারা ১৬: Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 19 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০১১ — ধারা ১৬। Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 19 এর সংশোধন ১৬। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 19 এর -(ক) sub-section (A) এর পর নিম্নরূপ sub-section (B) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- ’’(B). Where any sum, shown as initial capital of business or profession in return of income filed under section 82BB, is transferred by a person partly or fully within the period of limitation stipulated in the said section, the sum so transferred shall be deemed to be his income of the year in which such sum was transferred and shall be classifiable under the head ’’Income from other sources’’.’’;(খ) বিলুপ্ত sub-section () এর পর নিম্নরূপ দুইটি নূতন sub-sections যথাক্রমে () এবং () সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা :- ’’() Where an assessee, being a company, receives any amount as loan from any other company otherwise than by a crossed cheque or by bank transfer, the amount so received shall be deemed to be the…
