অর্থ আইন, ২০০৬ — ধারা ১৫: Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 30 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ২০০৬ — ধারা ১৫। Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 30 এর সংশোধন ১৫৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 30 এর- (ক) clause (e) এর "one lakh and ninety two thousand" শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "two lakh" শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; এবং (খ) clause (h) এর প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলস্টপ এর পরিবর্তে সেমিকোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নূতন clauses (i), (j) এবং (k) সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ- "(i) any payment by way of salary of remuneration made otherwise than by crossed cheque or bank transfer by a person to any employee having gross monthly salary of taka fifteen thousand or more; (j) any expenditure by way of incentive bonus exceeding ten per cent of the disclosed net profit; (k) any expenditure by way of overseas traveling exceeding one per cent of the disclosed turnover." ৷
