৩৪৷ Income-tax Ordiance এর THE SIXTH SCHEDULE এর- (ক) PART A এর- (অ) paragraph 22 বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (আ) paragraph 31 বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (খ) PART B এর paragraph 21 এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন paragraph 22 সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- "22. Any sum paid by an assessee as donation to a philanthropic or educational institution which is approved by the Government for this purpose.”৷
