৩৷ Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), অতঃপর Customs Act বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এর section 2 এর clause (qq) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন clause (qqa) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(qqa) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules or order, as the case may be;”৷
