২৩৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 44 এর sub-section () এর প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলষ্টপের পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নতুন proviso সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “Provided that, unless it is otherwise specified by the government the provision of sub-section () shall not apply in case of dividend distribution tax referred to in section 16D.”৷
