৫২৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 82C এর- (ক) sub-section () এর- (অ) clause (g) বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (আ) clause (I) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নতুন clause (Ia) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(Ia) the amount representing the payment on account of fees for technical services for which tax is deductible under section 52A ().”; এবং (ই) proviso এর clause (iii) বিলুপ্ত হইবে; এবং (খ) sub-section () এর “interest under section 53F,” শব্দগুলি ও কমা বিলুপ্ত হইবে এবং “under section 53GG” শব্দগুলির পর “, payment on account of fees for technical services under section 52A()” কমা ও শব্দগুলি সন্নিবেশিত হইবে৷
