Payment of rent and warehouse dues.-() The owner of any warehoused goods shall pay to the warehouse-keeper rent and other charges at the rates fixed under any law for the time being in force or where no rates are so fixed, at such rates as may be fixed by the Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs or by agreement between the owner of the warehouse and the owner of warehoused goods. () A table of the rates of rent and other charges fixed under sub-section () shall be displayed in a conspicuous part of such warehouse.
