১০৷ Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), অতঃপর Customs Act বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এর section 2 এর clause (t) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (t) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- “(t) “special bonded warehouse means a private warehouse licensed under section 13 and which is a hundred percent export oriented industry to be determined as such by the Board for the purpose of exemption from the provision of sub-section () of section 91;”৷
