৪৯৷ Income-tax Ordinance এর section 30 এর clause (e) এর শেষ প্রান্তস্থিত “: or” সেমিকোলন ও শব্দটির পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:- “Provided that the provision of this clause shall not be applicable to an employer where perquisites or other benefits were paid to an employee in pursuance of any Government decision published in the official Gazette to implement the recommendation of a Wage Board constituted by the Government;”৷
