৩১৷ Customs Act এর section 104 এর clause (b) এ “Commissioner of Customs” শব্দগুলি, দুইবার উল্লিখিত, এর পরিবর্তে উভয় স্থানে “Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs authorised by the Board” শব্দগুলি ও বন্ধনী প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
