২৩৷ Customs Act এর section 86 এর- (ক) sub-section () এর “or reassessed under section 109” শব্দগুলি ও সংখ্যা বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (খ) sub-section () এর “Commissioner of Customs” শব্দগুলি, দুইবার উল্লিখিত, এর পরিবর্তে উভয়স্থানে “Commissioner of Customs (Bond) or any other Commissioner of Customs authorised by the Board” শব্দগুলি ও বন্ধনী প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
