২১৷ Customs Act এর section 83 এর বিদ্যমান বিধান sub-section () হিসাবে সংখ্যায়িত হইবে এবং তত্পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section () সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:- “() Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section () the importer or a class of importers for any goods, notified under section 80(), shall be allowed clearance without any formal order under sub-section () of this section and such goods shall be deemed to have been duly allowed to pass.”৷
