১১৷ Customs Act এর section 26 এর sub-section () এর- (ক) “when required” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “when necessary” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; (খ) clause (a) এর শেষ প্রান্তস্থিত “and” বিলুপ্ত হইবে এবং অতঃপর clause (a) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন clause (aa) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(aa) transmit or send, by electronic or other means, the information contained in those documents, books or records, and;”৷
