৩৮৷ Customs Act এর section 169 এর sub-section () এর প্রান্তস্থিত full stop এর পরিবর্তে colon প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, এবং তত্পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন Proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:- “Provided that where practicable samples of such things with proper identification marks may be kept for the purpose of any legal proceeding or for any other purpose of this Act.”৷
