১১৷ Customs Act এর section 19 এর sub-section () এর শেষে অবস্থিত full stop এর পরিবর্তে colon প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং তত্পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:- “Provided that if, in a financial year, exemption under this sub-section is given in respect of any goods the rate of duty cannot be changed more than once in that year so as to increase that rate.”৷
