অর্থ আইন, ১৯৯৯ — ধারা ৫: Act XXIII of 1980 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ১৯৯৯ — ধারা ৫। Act XXIII of 1980 এর সংশোধন ৫৷ The Finance Act, 1980 (XXIII of 1980) এর section 12 এর- (১) sub-section () এর “and Bangladeshis having permanent residence or owning properties or business in Bangladesh or enjoying other facilities not available to foreign nationals” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “holding Bangladeshi passports” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; (২) sub-section (A) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ sub-section (A) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- “(A) There shall be levied and collected Foreign Travel Tax on all foreign travels by land or sea by Bangladeshi nationals holding Bangladeshi passports at the rate of two hundred and fifty taka per traveller by land and six hundred taka per traveller by sea.”; (৩) sub-section (A) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section (B) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(B) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make any exemption or reduction in rate…
