অর্থ আইন, ১৯৯৪ — ধারা ২: Act II of 1899 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ১৯৯৪ — ধারা ২। Act II of 1899 এর সংশোধন ২৷ Stamp Act, 1899 (II of 1899) এর Schedule I এর- (১) এন্ট্রি 18 (Certificate of Sale) এর শেষে নিম্নরূপ Exemption সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা :- Exemption Where a house mortgaged with the Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation established under the Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation Order, 1973 (President’s Order No. 7 of 1973), is purchased by the Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation itself in a public auction by a civil court or by Aurtho Rin Adalat (অর্থ ঋণ আদালত) established under অর্থ ঋণ আদালত আইন, ১৯৯০ (১৯৯০ সনের ৪ নং আইন) or a revenue court or Collector or any other revenue officer, no stamp duty will be payable by the said Corporation.”; (২) এন্ট্রি 23 (Conveyance) এর বিপরীতে দ্বিতীয় কলামে 12%” সংখ্যা ও চিহ্নটির পরিবর্তে 10%” সংখ্যা ও চিহ্নটি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; (৩) এন্ট্রি 48 এর item (e) এর বিপরীতে দ্বিতীয়…
