অর্থ আইন, ১৯৮৯ — ধারা ২: Act VII of 1870 এর সংশোধন — আইন শিক্ষালয়অর্থ আইন, ১৯৮৯ — ধারা ২। Act VII of 1870 এর সংশোধন ২৷ The Court-fees Act, 1870 (VII of 1870) এর- (১) Section 7 এ- (ক) clause iv এ “In all such suits the plaintiff shall state the amount at which he values the relief sought.” শব্দগুলি ও ফুলষ্টপের পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ শব্দগুলি, কোলন ও ফুলষ্টপ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা :- “In all such suits the plaintiff shall state the amount at which he values the relief sought: Provided that in such suits the valuation shall not be such as would attract a Court-fee of less than one hundred Taka.”; (খ) clause vi এর Explanation এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ proviso এবং explanation প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা :- “Provided that in an application to enforce a right of pre-emption under section 96 of the State Acquisition and Tenancy Act, 1950 (EB Act No. XXXVIII of 1951) or under section 24 of the Non-Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1949 (EB Act No. XXIII of 1949), a fixed fee of an…
