২১৷ উক্ত Ordinance এর section 51 এর sub-section () এর শেষ প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলষ্টপের পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নূতন proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ- "Provided that the provision of sub-section () of this section shall not apply to the Treasury bond or Treasury bill issued by the Government."৷
